A Philadelphia native, Kathy has called the Main Line home for decades. With a B.S. in Mathematics from Temple University, she began her career at IBM, excelling in sales and management before transitioning to real estate. Since joining Fox & Roach, Kathy has achieved remarkable success. She and the Corr-Tomson Real Estate Team have been recognized as one of the top Teams in the Wayne-Devon Sales Office and have consistently earned the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Award. Kathy resides in Newtown Square and is an active member of Overbrook Golf Club. She raised two sons, both graduates of Radnor schools: Andrew, a Saint Joseph’s University graduate, and John, who earned his MBA at Villanova after graduating from Loyola University in Maryland. Both sons are married making Kathy a proud “Mema” to Taylor, Madison, Susie, Molly, and Katie.
