Meet Sue Gross

Sue brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to real estate, seamlessly blending her sales and negotiation expertise with her love for helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest investments. A proud native of the Main Line, Sue grew up in the area, attended Radnor High School, and earned a B.A. in History from Penn State University. After building a successful real estate career in Colorado, she is thrilled to be back in Pennsylvania, bringing her market knowledge and client-first approach to the Corr-Tomson Real Estate Team.

A Strong Foundation in Sales & Real Estate

Sue began her career as a Key Account Manager for Pepsi Bottling Group of Delaware Valley before transitioning into real estate. As a Broker Associate with Signature Properties Ebner & Associates in Crested Butte, Colorado, she guided buyers and sellers through a highly competitive market with skill and professionalism. Her ability to create seamless transactions has earned her the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

Passion for Advocacy & Community

Beyond real estate, Sue is dedicated to making a difference in her community.  She has served on the board of Six Points Evaluation & Training since 2020, advocating for adults with developmental disabilities. She was also an active member of the PTA for Crested Butte Community School and has a strong passion for supporting individuals with Down syndrome and autism. Now back in Pennsylvania, she looks forward to engaging with local organizations that align with her mission.

Life Outside of Real Estate

When she’s not helping clients find their perfect home, Sue loves spending time with her two incredible kids, Ben and Jayne, and her brown Lab, Potter.  She’s an avid skier and a fan of hiking and hot yoga.
